About this policy
This policy covers the Rainrelay game and its website, provided under the Don’t Miss Games brand. For privacy questions, contact support@dontmiss.games.
Rainrelay’s puzzles and greenhouse can be played offline. The current game has no player account, chat, multiplayer service or in-app purchases with real money. Optional advertising uses online services, as described below.
Progress saved on your device
The game stores your completed gardens, stars, seeds, owned items, umbrella placements, greenhouse decorations and camera view on your device. It also saves language, sound, reduced-motion and weather preferences, plus records that prevent an ad bonus being awarded twice.
Rainrelay does not upload this saved garden to a Don’t Miss Games account or cloud-save service. Your device’s own backup and restore features may include app data, depending on your device settings. These backups are managed by your device or backup provider.
The greenhouse uses your device’s clock for lighting. Its wind and snow are generated in the game. It does not request GPS location or fetch your actual local weather.
Optional ads and Google services
Rainrelay uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for rewarded ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy choices. Rainrelay requests non-personalized ads and disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier. It does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission to access the advertising identifier. The game shows an ad only when you choose the reward offer. When online, these services may connect to check consent or prepare an ad before you choose to watch.
Google may process your IP address and approximate location, available device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash or performance information for advertising, measurement and service reliability. Identifier availability depends on device permissions and privacy choices. See Google’s SDK data disclosure.
Google’s processing, sharing, retention and international transfers are described in its Privacy Policy and information about partner apps. Opening an advertiser’s website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Your privacy choices
You can skip every rewarded ad and continue playing, using hints and retrying puzzles. Skipping a video does not itself disable consent checks or ad preparation while the app is online.
Where Google requires a consent message, follow its choices in the app. When available, open the greenhouse settings using the gear button, then choose Privacy choices to review or change your selections. You can also manage permissions using your device’s privacy settings.
Playing without an internet connection keeps the puzzles and greenhouse available; online ads will not be available.
Support messages and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue, with the email services needed to receive and send replies. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.
This website has no advertising, analytics script, sign-in form or tracking cookie set by our page code. The web server processes network and request information to deliver the site and keep it secure. Following an external link or contacting us by email uses the relevant provider’s services.
Retention and deletion
Local game data stays on your device until it is removed. To erase Rainrelay’s local data on iPhone or iPad, open Settings → General → iPhone Storage or iPad Storage → Rainrelay → Delete App, and confirm only if you want to lose your saved garden. Offloading an app keeps its data. See Apple’s storage guidance.
Deleting the app removes local progress, seeds and collected items. We do not have a server copy to restore. Device backups may need to be managed separately. Deleting the app does not automatically delete messages already emailed to us or data already processed by Google.
We keep support correspondence as needed to handle the request and any related follow-up or legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to us. Google’s data controls and retention rules are explained in its privacy resources above.
Questions and updates
Contact support@dontmiss.games with “Rainrelay privacy” in the subject. We may ask for enough information to locate your message and verify that the request is yours. Please contact us too if a child has sent personal information that you would like removed.
